Earth Day is everywhere, and activities are buzzing abound - but what to do, when you have nothing planned, but still want to participate in some form? Here are some quick last minute ideas:
1. Turn off all your electricity for 5 Minutes. Unplug everything, the AC, the TV, radio, all of it. Enjoy the silence.
2. Spend time outdoors. Even if you only have time to move your morning coffee to the porch, make the commitment to connect to Mother Earth in some form, by spending some time in it.
3. Send everyone an electronic Earth Day card.
4. Take this day as an opportunity to switch all of your bills to online bill-pay
5. Buy two reusable bags, one for yourself, and one for a friend or family member.
6. Make a Earth Day 2009 sign for your front door with your kids.
7. Talk to your kids about small actions having a large impact, then model them.
8. Eat a vegetarian meal today.
9. Spread the word on your blogs, twitter, YouTube or any social network you are connected to.
10. Share this list, or your own ideas with friends and family members and encourage each other.
May this Earth Day be a blessed one for you and your family.

Inspiration To Take Action
"Hawk doesn't think during hunt
It does not care for theory or ethics
All that it does is natural."
Tao Te Ching
Are you inspired to take action?
There is no doubt in the action of animals, while we second guess everything we are doing.
While I do not suggest to stop rational thinking, I am suggesting for you to take the inspired actions you have been brought in contact with. You have been thinking about joining this club? Then do it.
Do you feel now is the right time to ask for a raise? Then go see your boss, and ask for one!
While some inspired actions might not bee the conventional ones, the thought of standing still, of not going ahead in your life, should be harder to take then the chance of making a mistake and learning from it.
Motion, any kind of motion will always bring you to a better place then you currently are.
So, take up that hobby you always wanted, join the gym you passed by tens of times, read that book that is not conventional thinking.
Step out of your box, you have nothing to loose.
Have a wonderful day!

What is going on in your head, is reflected on your waist
Hi Everyone!
Think about this sentence for a moment:
Whatever is going on in your head, is reflected through your weight.
If you are going to the extreme of being overweight, or the extreme of being too thin, the disarray in your body, is mirror and an extension of your thoughts.
Self-worth, self-respect and self-acceptance rarely reflects itself in form of extra weight or disease, but brings for a naturally healthy body.
The same goes for the opposite.
That is why in holistic weight management, and/or holistic coaching the first thing we need to examine together is the relationship of your thoughts within to the projection of your outside.
What are you hiding from, what are you running away from, what are you looking for to be protected from, what are you going to control - those are the questions I want to ask yourself today.
As you go about your day today, following your usual patterns, focus upon what you are thinking, which tapes are running through your head. Whatever you discover, remember that you have a choice to change these thoughts.
And also remember, that you have just taken the first step - Awareness

Inspiration - What inspires you?
Motivation and Inspiration are, while related quite difference.
Motivation is what keeps you going after the initial spark. It is what carries you through to the next step, even if life through distractions at you.
Inspiration on the other hand, is that spark that ignites the passion. It is what makes you set your intend in the first place, making you take a step toward action.
So, I am asking you today: What inspires you?
Make a list, write it down, and look at it for a moment. Some of those inspirations will come from within, some from outside sources.
Why am I asking you to do this?
Because I want you to look at your list a little closer. Pick one thing, anything of that list, and do that! Go ahead, let yourself get inspired today, to take an action toward change, may it be a change within you or an action that changes a part of your world.
Take a step, get inspired, do something, today.
A life lived full of passion, is a life lived to the fullest.
Have a wonderful day!

Follow Your Joy!
"Don't ask yourself, what the world needs, ask youreself what makes you come alive. And then go do that. Because, what the world needs is people, who have come alive."
Howard Thurman
*************
What makes you come alive? What could you do for hours on end, with the time feeling as if it was standing still? Is it writing stories, or painting pictures of what you see surrounding you?
I am not suggesting, that you give up your day job, and do only what gives you bliss, but I suggest that whatever it is that makes you feel good more often. Each day, take a moment to enjoy what you love to do, or at least one aspect of it. Take time to find joy in those activities, then find joy in all your activities.
Productivity will increase, you will draw more toward yourself of what you like. Offer your joy, be grateful for it, and more opportunities for this joy will appear.
************************
As you set your goals, do include the categories of free-time and family time. How would you love to spent your time off? What would you do with your family if all was possible. Remember to ask. Your Source will answer.

Stop feeling comfortable and get moving!
You know what you want, you have a really nice set of goals in front of you, a vision board on your wall and a new set of ideas in your head.
You asked.
The Universe is answering, and answering, and answering,
asking you to take actions,
and you have excuses, excuses, excuses.
You know the ones.
"I could write another report right now, but I really want to watch that game right now."
or
"I really like this guy, but I don't want to sound desperate."
or
"I really need that raise, but what if the boss says no?"
This fear, fear to fail, fear to become uncomfortable, fear to be embarressed has such a hold of you, that staying comfortable is more important then the goals you are trying to achieve.
The suggestion I make here sounds simple, but is effective:
Do it anyway, take the action, despite the fear. Reach and you expand.
Courage is not an action without fear, it is an action dispite the fear.
Do it, or come up with more excuses and stay where you are.
The choice is yours.
